7/5/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. During morning socialization activities, the client remained focused and sat quietly in her seat while playing bingo with her peers. During midday socialization activities, the client exhibited difficulty following directions the first time given by playing around while at the dinosaur exhibit. During afternoon socialization activities, the client exhibited difficulty utilizing respectful words with her peers while eating lunch. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program setting. During morning socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged her to continue remaining focused and sitting quietly in her seat. During midday socialization activities, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions the first time given. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of utilizing respectful words with her peers. The client responded well towards the summer program as evidenced by participation and engagement. During morning socialization activities, the client agreed to continue to remain focused and sit quietly in her seat while playing bingo with her peers. During midday socialization activities, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directions the first time given while at the dinosaur exhibit.
